1-Year Limited Product Warranty
This 1-Year Limited Warranty is provided by Realm Guard for all of it's producted if additonal covererage was purchased, located at 1210 W McDermott Dr Ste 106 Allen TX 75013.
This Warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product.
1. Warranty Coverage
The Company warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”).
During the Warranty Period, if a defect arises that is covered by this Warranty, the Company will, at its sole discretion:
Replace the Product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value; or
Refund the original purchase price, less any applicable depreciation.
2. Exclusions and Limitations
This Warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, improper handling, or improper storage.
Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Consumable parts, including batteries (unless failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship).
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers.
This Warranty applies only to Products used for normal personal or household purposes unless otherwise specified. Commercial use voids this Warranty unless explicitly allowed in writing by the Company.
3. Warranty Claim Procedure

Follow shipping or return instructions provided by Realm Guard.
The customer may be responsible for shipping costs unless prohibited by law.
4. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Company’s liability is limited to the remedies described in this Warranty.
The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or personal injury, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, these limitations may not apply, and the customer may have additional legal rights.
5. Implied Warranties
Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this 1-year Warranty unless otherwise required by law.
6. Transferability
This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable, unless required by applicable law.
7. Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the state or country in which the Product was originally purchased, unless otherwise required by law.
8. Severability
If any provision of this Warranty is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
9. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire Warranty agreement between the Company and the purchaser and supersedes any prior written or oral representations.
